We stayed at a budget hotel in a convenient area close to local restaurants, the Komtar bus station, and Penang Hill. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a power outlet converter when we needed one. The self check-in procedure was easy thanks to detailed explanations and videos. Although we didn't see any staff at the café for breakfast, the common area was spacious and well-equipped with a water machine, fridge, and kitchen area. a great place to stay, with just one minor negative being the lack of soundproofing.

booked a twin room with fridge. its location to penang hill etc was perfect and excellent. had brunch in the la vie, located nearby. we did not want to leave there and would stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and friendly welcome from the owner. The coffee downstairs was mind-blowing, perfect to start my day. The cleanliness of everything, including the room and the well-maintained air-conditioning, exceeded my expectations. Absolutely loved my stay!
